Last year I got to interview William from PetiteGames about his projects. At the time a comic was supposed to accompany the interview (making light of the abrupt piano “death” sound in Midnight) but was lost due to a corrupt PSD. Due to some hardships in 2017 I never got around to drawing this myself, so I asked my friend Christina for help with this. She was glad to, and we got finally done at the beginning of the year.

Do enjoy, and keep an eye out for William’s stuff on the Nintendo Wii store!

This had been sitting around for quite awhile. About two months before I got Overwatch in 2016, I asked Christina to take Widowmaker, put her in a shopping cart and come up with something. This was the end result.

Apparently it was such a good result, that Sombra’s VA and even Allanah retweeted it. Lots of people loved the idea of Widowmaker in a shopping cart for some reason, I guess.

So about a week ago deviantART had a community challenge for a new badge based on a popular deviation that was on their site since 2006. The objective was to draw said subject, in then you’d receive the badge. The original piece is a pear with a very human mouth, known as the Biting Pear of Salmanca.

I got mine, all right. While the caption doesn’t make sense, it does hearken back to when I first saw this; on a meme on 9gag in which the pear had been saying something similar.

It’s been a bit since I’ve posted something that wasn’t me coloring, but this had a different grade of advancement and did want to share. April Fools.

This was something that was a long time coming. According to my Things app, I’ve had the idea of “putting Sheena from Tales of Symphonia on a bike” since the beginning of 2010. Glad to finally have it see the light of day.

I had real fun with this one in particular, especially with the background and setting up this nighttime “urban” ambience. City was a little tricky but I finally tweaked it to give it that night glow I wanted.

Despite having a lot of free time after I got laid off from work, I barely touched or did anything art related. In fact, it was in the middle of the “house disaster” that I was getting quite fed up with what was going on. To help try to reconstruct my social and work life, I tried to start drawing again. Not colorist work, actual drawing.

I was way out of practice and I saw that I had not even attempted to try drawing figures since I had graduated or working. I realized I needed to start doing some sort of drawing again.

This was the first step towards that. I took my blog mascots and drew out a hair-brained idea I had with spoofing Zenyatta’s ultimate. It wasn’t perfect but it was at least something.
