It was only a matter of time till I did a proper stab at drawing Baby Yoda. Specifically did this for my cousin, as he’s obsessed over the character. Admittedly I love the character too, and so does my DnD group. They all refer to him as “BABS” (yes, in all caps.).

This took a while to get realized, but I finally got this put together after this meme was passing around on 9GAG. Also apparently some other people carry on the same commentary as well, since all you do is stand, point and click.

However far it goes, at least it’s been visualized! Also was fun to do the obnoxious cover in style with those 90’s games. A lot of Cluefinders and those types of stuff I drew inspiration from.

In the geek/nerd/anime community, there’s a pun that goes around that “if you’re a virgin when you hit 30, you’ll become a wizard.” I fall into that category. However one night I was chatting with an ex-coworker, she mentioned that I was also a “tech wizard” in addition to that. I figured I’d embrace it it was going to happen regardless, and this happened. Now if my monitors would only stand up like that.

My brother gets the credit for this one, while I’m the one who put it together. But multiplaying together every weekend, he got the idea after seeing that Meteor Stahp meme. If you’re a SupCom player, this will make total sense, you’re welcome.

Was lounging around in my apartment one night, watching BBC on my TV via my laptop (yep, that’s how I entertain myself!). I often kept my die-cast Space Shuttle as an end-table decoration, especially since it was recently acquired in my trip to the space center in Florida.

Either rate, I had glanced over to grab a swig of ginger ale and saw this. Obviously I recognized that refraction was going on, but somehow I got it in my head that the shuttle was “drunk”, and found it hilarious before taking the picture.

As a reminder, I don’t drink. I’m someone who calls building lobbies “airlocks” and would spam Japanese emojis on forms to the local Tennessean population, much to my amusement. That’s just how my head works.

When I was attending Japanese class, someone had drawn this “Hurr Durr” meme on the board. Nobody believed me when I told them that someone had drawn this on one of the boards, so I took it upon myself to snap this picture to share with them via text. Good thing I did, because it’s partially historic; this was one of the few instances of ETSU showing its embrace of memes for the brief period it existed.

Something I did at the expense of a friend. They were always being random and silly, and I decided to show them what their silliness does when plugged into a Java program. This was the result of that; the values are supposed to be only taken by numbers, but crashes when her “OMG ITS MREE” is typed in instead.

Sorry, you’re not getting your test scores, it looks like.

Also, the background of the command prompt window is white because the teacher wants paper printouts of your work. I’m not a neat weirdo or anything like that.

So far my Wacom tablet’s been interesting. But how versatile can it be? I put this together in one take tonight, as a way to welcome 2010. I animated each frame in MS Paint, but drew a lot of this with the tablet. Animation frames are a thing. Also that’s my cousin, not me as he could use some nice company for recent events.

Happy New Year!
