Eateries – Banana Donut Breakfast
Such interesting breakfasts I have when I’m out of town.
Upon “landing” in Queens once again, I get this quick-on-my-feet breakfast of a banana, and a old-fashioned Dunkin Donuts. I was very happy with this to be honest. Considering how much fast food I had on the road while driving in.
Eateries – Blueberry Goop Pancake
Decided to snap my breakfast this morning, as I don’t think I’ve shared you guys how my Mom’s blueberry goop syrup looks on pancakes. Something like this.
Not sure of the exact ingredients, but frozen blueberries are used. I think in this case a little bit of blackberries were used as well. Then some sugar was added for the final effect. Definitely better than the sweet butter syrup in my opinion.
Eateries – Berries and Toaster Strudel
Another good and quick breakfast one easygoing morning. Raspberry yogurt, cherry toaster strudel (Pillsbury), fresh blueberries and strawberries, along with coffee.
Eateries – Soup and Beans Breakfast
This was a pretty spiffy meal, working out great for a cold December morning back when I was home at ETSU. Cream of mushroom soup, fried red kidney beans, coffee and toast. With the stuff I’m eating while at school, this was a welcome change.
Eateries – McDonalds Pancakes
On our way to Washington D.C, we stopped at McDonalds for breakfast. Pancakes were the food of order; definitely enjoyed this, since our syrup never tastes like anything that can be made at home.
