I’m pretty picky about my free art I give out nowadays, but I did one over on Reddit recently, and had a ton of fun with it! I drew u/anniemariee1 as a villager from Ellowwood, complete with some plants and her pet leopard gecko Rollo. She really liked it, so that made my day so far!
When I started to do Reddit writing prompts again, I knew I just had to do one of this one. I did a bit of an isekai kind of concept with it, but it should still be enjoyable nonetheless. This was based on a prompt by the name of “Derelict”. This was specifically an image prompt, unlike most of the other prompts which are usually text-based.

Note: My writing for Reddit writing prompts is different for brevity. While this is a good example of my writing, I often omit backstory and several details to create a concise post. Please look at my other works if you’re looking for my more regular style of writing.

This piece was a big jump for me, because I pumped it out in one evening on my newly owned Cintiq tablet. I was so happy with how it turned out, though looking back at it I have a long ways to go to translate my better skills to the digital medium.
I don’t know where I quite got the idea for this, but the idea came from watching some recent Youtube videos from the Youtuber known as Markiplier. Specifically his playthroughs for the game Mad Father and Witch’s House. I guess that rubbed off from somewhere.
