This is my piece that I did for Bozocow’s Homeworld Anniversary stream! It got congratulated as an in-between of the old and new Karan. First time my stuff was featured in a video. Took me quite a bit, but I was very happy with it in the end.

Another attempt at an old map to get five stars. We were real efficient on this one, but alas we only got 3 stars on this one. A few goofs to lag happened on this specific play, which did lead up to that (that’s why my shots seem to miss in certain instances).

So Robuster and I started to re-grind older levels, trying to get five stars and get experience for the newer levels. While we did pretty good, we didn’t make it unfortunately. Guess I needed to be more effective.

Unfortunately really screwed up on this one. Part of it was because of a game-breaking bug that kept me falling behind a barricade. Typically I don’t upload failed plays; but considering this is partially historical due to the game’s shutdown and we didn’t re-attempt this map, I think it’s acceptable in this case.

First time finding out that an assassin specifically targets you. Fun. Dwarf vs wolf rogue? Don’t think I need a d20 for that one.

This was one of the more difficult levels for me. There was a lot of plugging of holes to be done, but even then, that didn’t seem to be enough.

This was actually a very interesting map; except for the fact when you walk off the pier, you instantly drown. Y’know, that’s a bad thing.

I’d like to think we held the line successfully, without the help of Major Kirrahe.

It’s taken me a year and some since I took on this project, but I finally have the trifecta of Crobato’s work chronicled when this goes live. I certainly hope that both old and new members of the Homeworld community appreciates it.
Chris “Crobato” Robato is a name known in the Homeworld fan community, known for a few notable, well-written pieces in the early 2000s. Before Soul of the Progenitors dropped in 2004, he would go to write two of his well-known works; The White Beast, and The Kadeshi Crusade.
Both were originally hosted on Kiithopia, and then hosted on the now defunct RelicNews forum; a hotspot for all Homeworld fans in those days.
