Evening Chess Match

This may not seem like much, but this is the last time I played chess with someone on a chess board like this. It was at my cousin’s house, at night and was challenged by said cousin for a game of chess. So I accepted. In a strange turn of events, we did reach a sort of stalemate, shaking hands on it before calling it a draw.

Man, it’s been forever since I played chess with someone.

Space Raptors Art Trade – Cam-Sama

This was part of an art trade I did with deviant user Cam-Sama. I had drawn a rough sketch of her character Randy, and she had done my Space Raptors character MTech with a bughat girl. This came out real cute and it’s nice to see this sort of art style with said characters.

WSCC – Random Boot

This was a random boot I found while going to classes one day. Don’t know who it belonged to or even remember what size it was, but still; very odd sight heading back to my car from the library.

Please Stack your Cups in an Orderly Fashion

When I was going into West Town Mall tonight, I snapped this picture because the trash can puzzled me. Not so much that it was packed full to the brim, but how the people who did add trash anyway positioned their cups. I haven’t seen anything like it, considering how much nonsense I have to put up with people living here since I started going to college in 2005. So yes, this photo was warranted, to show that rare instance where East Tennessean residents actually had some care for their surroundings.

Dell Inspiron 530 Battlestation – Millenium Project Alpha

It’s been a few months since I’ve had my system, but a proper profile photo was in order. My new system, the Millenium Project Alpha. 1GB of RAM, 2.0Ghz Intel Duo Core, 160GB hard drive with a 128MB graphics card and Windows Vista.

The system carries on the Millenium project’s aspirations in name only. It is a very new system on the edge of the next generation of system hardware, and isn’t cross-compatible with any of my older hardware. However, it still is special as it is my first, brand-new desktop that’s all my own.

That said, it’s my go to system for everything I need to do. It’s not a shabby game machine either. It’s certainly a lot better than the computers at Walters State!

The Dumpshake

When I went out with the Morristown BCM group today, I made this Dumpshake mascot for Sean, who’s Halo handle is his namesake. So when he was busy chatting it up with his other BCM buddies, I took his cup, drew this face then used my cup to make the head and antenna.

At the time he approved. That was enough for me, as nobody except two kids in that group actually cared for my humor or art.

USPS Vans on a Truck

How many USPS vans can you fit on a truck? Four, according to this photo.

Snapped this when I was traveling with a family member on the way to Knoxville at Exit 398, Strawberry Plains. We stopped at Burger King for onion rings.

UPS Trailer Sighting

When looking to do some Christmas shopping this season, I ran across this oddity; a trailer for the UPS trucks! I never saw one of these before, so I definitely had to grab a picture of it. I guess the mall had a lot of business this season.

DarkStar One Ship in Physics Class

I had been a fan of the game DarkStar One for quite awhile, especially since when I nabbed it as a Christmas gift one year ago. With my new computer, it’s a lot easier to play it, and I’ve progressed well, glad to say!

During this day, I decided to draw the decked out version of the ship on my teacher’s markerboard. Most of the people in the class got a kick out of it, and when another student tried to draw something else we all joked how it wasn’t a “work of art” as the other thing. Eventually my professor erased it, but it was a funny class representation.
