Recently I picked up a good bit of followers after iiluminaughtii published her video on my AntiMLM comics. I’ve not picked up that amount of people in quite a bit, so a thanks was in order. Thank you, all of you. Please do stick around, and I’ll do my best to give you interesting things to look at.
When I was looking for people to cover my AntiMLM comics, I ran across another Youtuber by the name of iiluminaughtii. She was quite friendly and offered to give my stuff a look, and uploaded this video earlier today. Please enjoy her shenanigans and follow her down on her links below:
This was a request by Instagram user Starmay79, who wanted to see my Nora character pieces colored. I finally got around to this and got the Cruel one done. Hope she enjoys, I’ll color the others sometime.
So if you guys don’t know already, I’ve been working on a comic series based on stuff from the r/AntiMLM subreddit since May now. It’s been an on and off project for me and have a backlog, but it’s been a wonderful project to work on, especially since its the first time any of my projects have actually been recognized and followed.
Recently I approached Kennis the Menace, a Youtuber that covers some subreddits, asking her to give some coverage to the comics I did. She agreed and went ahead to make a video on it; the results are pretty interesting! Big thank you to her. Give it a look below, along with following her on social media linked below.
This was a commission I did for someone off of Fiverr, for a sample layout of their poem book. This was a bit of fun to do, and I really got a chance to experiment with the background a little. It does look a tad bit wonky in my opinion, and that’s because I think my figures are now starting to take a more realistic slant in proportions. That’s a good thing, I would think; except when you’re halfway in between styles.
As thanks for doing a video on my antiMLM comics, I drew this bit of fanart for Youtuber iiluminaughtii. I’ve dumped it into her fanart Discord, so it might just end up in a video! Who knows?
I was recently commissioned by Playstation-bunduru to draw a dog in a Jamaican rasta hat. We talked some details and this was the final result; he was really happy with it to say the least. I felt awesome as well, as this was the first time I had done an art commission for 2019.
I saw this floating around on Instagram, and decided to follow the subgroup of people that did “Best 12” instead of #2018bestnine. I took my best piece out of each month and made the collage out of that. Most of these are in my gallery, some are missing as they’re not posted int he other sections of my site yet. But do enjoy; looking forward to how 2019’s will look at the end of the year.
During the summer, I drew a random doodle of a character whom I dubbed “egghead girl”. I was specifically stylized for what I typically draw, and was inspired to do a pencil sketch about a month later. She evolved from the headsketch into this, a bookish character that runs a half library/half art museum, cataloguing strange finds for people to see.
All that time later, I finally got around to translating this to digital format. I didn’t focus too much on the background, mainly wanting to color the character in whole and show some tone with the ambient color.
This is probably my last art piece for the year, and I’m glad to close it out on such a note. See you next year, everyone.
