Robocop Head
For practice today I did some more observational drawing. I picked Robocop’s head because of a meme my DnD friends were passing around, and because of Mortal Kombat 11’s DLC.

So my Homeworld fanart has been getting around a bit, especially my rendition of Karan S’jet from last year’s Fig launch. Recently perafilozof did a video on a collection of Homeworld fanart, and my stuff got featured inside! Do enjoy and check out his channel.
So it’s stuck. From my last game, it’s now a running joke that this will be a murder mystery. I even spammed the NCIS theme in the group chat when I dropped this. It made my DM laugh, which means at least I had some humor.
So, can an edgy hacker (DM), a reckless detective (friend) and a by-the-book desk agent (me) solve the murder at the inn in Plaguestone? Join us on CSI: Plaguestone.
I’m starting Inktober again! A Halo-themed piece immediately came to mind for the first prompt today. I’ve never drawn the Pillar of Autumn despite having played Halo for 15 years, so that’s a new one for sure!
I did this several days ago, but I didn’t want to show it till it popped up on Bozocow’s 24-hour Homeworld stream last night. And to my pleasant surprise, he did!
This is my take on the new figure that showed up in the official announcement trailer, which I am assuming is Karan (or at least another S’jet). I absolutely love the hair design, and she kind of looked all wise and ancient with a nice female touch, mixed with this space age tech such as the interface plug and light ring.
I’m getting better at full pieces! Though I need to stop taking 3 hours on something like this and work more efficiently.
For having done some sort of Zelda doodles in the day, I’ve never really done any Homeworld fanart that I can recall (or at least, something serious and canon-related). I first was introduced to this series in 2008, and it is one of the most influential space strategy games I’ve ever played; so that needs to be remedied.
With Homeworld’s 20th anniversary coming up (along with the announcement of their 3rd game earlier this month), I did this as all I could think about was Karan S’jet and her “Banana Boat”, a nickname which many Homeworld players dub the Hiigaran/Kushan mothership. This led to the fruits on her head; the other objects are some items that some Homeworld players have jokingly mentioned she’d have in her tank in passing.
Indirect credit goes to DeepChrome, who had done a comic back in the old RelicNews days featuring Karan as the “BananaQueen”.
So Wayc and I have a joke about the Giga Mermaid from the Shantae games, being a tad bit adventurous. One agreed scene is her going “Yahoo” or “Yeehaw” to some degree. I absentmindedly had posted over to r/ICanDrawThat for someone to possibly draw this idea.
And I apparently got a taker! k_veikur graciously drew up Giga Mermaid going “Yeehaw!”. Both wayc and I were thrilled, and couldn’t have asked for a better portrayal.

As thanks for doing a video on my antiMLM comics, I drew this bit of fanart for Youtuber iiluminaughtii. I’ve dumped it into her fanart Discord, so it might just end up in a video! Who knows?
This took a while to get realized, but I finally got this put together after this meme was passing around on 9GAG. Also apparently some other people carry on the same commentary as well, since all you do is stand, point and click.
However far it goes, at least it’s been visualized! Also was fun to do the obnoxious cover in style with those 90’s games. A lot of Cluefinders and those types of stuff I drew inspiration from.
